      Pros

      fashion industry, decent benefits, decent pay, and good coworkers with similar interests. There aren’t anymore pros sadly because this was not a good experience

      Cons

      TERRIBLE work life balance, the PTO policy is very confusing and muddled (seemingly on purpose), risk of Covid in large warehouse, unsanitary conditions for receivers, robotic like work, unreachable quotas, lack of professionalism, confusing training.. I could go on and on

      Lots of great co workers! I wish there are more stable jobs available for photographers

      Cons

      Quotas might be able to meet but you cannot work like that for a long term. 40% of photo team were injured and I’m still struggling with the injury after two years

      Beautiful store, good benefits, lots of small rewards when your store does well

      Cons

      Negative, miserable people. Very low pay for the expectations put on employees, horrible hours
