Pros

The people are really helpful and enjoyable to work with. There doesn't seem to be a lot of egos or bad attitudes at the company which make its a fun and easy environment to work in. Additionally, there is a lot of growth this year and projected over the next few years which is exciting to be a part of. The company tries to do right by all their employees and create a fun and cohesive environment to work within.

Cons

Going through some growing pains with building out company process as we scale. But nothing crazy for a company in our position. Additionally, I think the benefits and perks could be better.

- Super smart co-workers- I'm truly in the presence of greatness at TRR! You have to be on your "A game" at all times to keep up. It's a nice change of pace for me! - Managers who genuinely care about your happiness and wellbeing - The company is leading the way in sustainability in the fashion industry- it's amazing to be part of something revolutionary - Lots of autonomy to make decisions and drive results with minimal red tape - Fast paced environment unlike anything I've ever experienced before - Competitive pay & benefits

Cons

- There's opportunity to improve communication in such a fast-paced, start-up environment - Still solidifying company culture - 401K match kinda stinks - Opportunity to improve upon work/life balance
