You're constantly surrounded by super cool merchandise, which keeps the store fresh!

Cons

You are overworked as a salaried CEM, working more than 5 days in a row, 10-hour shifts some days. Since you are salaried you are not paid overtime. You have to juggle so many moving parts with little to no support, pretty overwhelming at times. Tech issues are a daily issue which makes even just doing the basics frustrating. There is no employee discount at all, no perks!
