Typical for a dynamic company - there is a ton of ambition and excitement, that also means they move fast and have to get a lot done

company may look good on a resume, everyone's in the same boat/coworkers are nice and into fashion and the arts too

Cons

everything else -- job is essentially a factory job/repetitive and soul-crushing, half the people who manage you aren't educated or don't know what they're doing and they try to hide this with vague oversimplifications of policy (they're essentially glorified administrative assistants to carry the message from their bosses to us). you will devolve in this role. if hired, don't stay more than a few months (if you can make it that far). also, they never closed one day during COVID. people are getting sick everyday. we get an email almost every other day that someone has tested positive. don't work here if you value your health
