Toxic culture, leadership terrible

Absolutely none besides coworkers who were with the company prior to becoming public and know what it was like before it became a dumpster fire of constantly changing musical chairs of terrible managers and reorganizations
Cons
You will never make commission as the target always changes, the threshold is too high and they overtired in every territory to the point our bases have been obliterated. There’s no transparency regarding pay- no commission statement. Conaignors items are constantly lost and we are left with being customer service agents rather than what we were hired to do. They won’t pay people at they’re working but offer stupid 5 k hiring bonuses with a note that says “don’t worry if they aren’t qualified!” Talented sales people stay away. If you’re just out of high school and don’t need much money this is the job for you.
