Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the program you were part of didn’t meet your expectations, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It's worth noting that T-ROC provides retail support for dozens of the world’s largest brands and retailers, and the specific program you mentioned is no longer part of our portfolio. While we fully own the experience you had, we’re confident that this wouldn’t reflect the employee experience in any of our current programs. We aim for all of our retail roles to be engaging and customer-focused, encouraging team members to actively connect with customers and represent our brand with energy and enthusiasm. When that doesn’t happen, it can create a less fulfilling experience for both employees and customers, and we take that seriously, continually working to improve. We value your feedback and would welcome further details through our WeSupportU platform at t-roc.fyi/WeSupportU. Thank you again, and we wish you all the best in your future endeavors!

Pros

If you work hard and apply the things you've learned in training then you'll definitely see the profits!

Cons

High pressure to meet unachievable sales goals in smaller, more rural stores where the sales volumes are NOT the same as in the bigger stores in larger cities.
