Pros

Good company , lots of freedom to sell. 3 breaks that allow you to refresh and you get to learn a lot and gain experience by selling each carrier. Pay is decent as well. Managers are great and involved in my district/region, and my coworkers are always helpful.

Cons

Could be paid more on accessory sales. Only major complaint is about WARP Support. Easily the worst carrier support I’ve ever dealt with. Can’t get anyone who speaks fluently or will listen to what you have to say. They kill a lot of deals wasting sales reps and customers time by prolonging the process on the phone. Be quicker and more fluent speaking.

If you aren’t self motivated and ready to up sale wireless devices and service plans or are not good with people, this isn’t the job for you. One day training. Which was kind of crazy.
