Great Pay, bonuses and good cause

Cons

Leadership and current Managers at XenoSTART created a hostile and toxic work environment. Communication was often unprofessional, support was limited, and there was a lack of consistency, accountability, and respect in leadership interactions. Overall, the culture made it difficult to succeed and did not foster a healthy or collaborative workplace.

Very easy to determine that this isn’t a fit for a reasonable work/life balance nor a reasonable living wage.

Cons

Does not provide the tools needed to succeed and ensure quality care. Does not pay a reasonable wage and makes it intentionally difficult to return equipment
