      Pros

      If I thought I could find anything positive to say about this company I would write it here. Sadly the only positive is that I moved on since.

      Cons

      They don't have any work outside of the CBE. Managers are less than competent and they don't have any of the work they advertise on their web site. I researched these guys, was hired and fired, because they only want bodies not thinking humans. They don't assign work based on experience and assign work to inexperienced personnel despite rejections. Poor show all around.

      A company run by a forward thinking CEO Marc Dumont, that has an uncanny feel, of the market - always ahead of the curve

      * constant flow of contracts, that keep the company moving forward * a flexible work schedule, can be arranged * higher than average salary, in the industry * summer hours, in some dept.

      Cons

      * may encounter some form of "inside politics", in some dept * some supervisors, may not be qualified, to handle people * may encounter some problem, with job distribution * employee development, may not be openly promoted * no periodic salary review * no proper hr dept
