      Pros

      Almost all of the offices have windows. The work is enjoyable and the people on the jobsites are great.

      Cons

      Office location is terrible, the atmospher is semi-ok, lots of politics and back-bitting, comapny structure is minimal at best, and the overall management seem depressed or angry most of the time. The office is not a great place to work - much rather work out on a jobsite.
