      Pros

      Very down to earth people and the pay is above average. I think they are willing to keep you if you do a good job and will always find a place for you.

      Cons

      Better organization and training would be nice. The roles and responsibilities of management on-site is not always clear.

      Pros

      You can talk with management they are personable, the work is interesting and they offer a lot of advice if your planning on engineering as a career

      Cons

      Growth can be a problem, pay doesn't match the workload, commute can be a problem for some, definitely a glass ceiling for women
