None that i am aware. This company was hard to work for. Low wages and long hours.

Cons

Everything is wrong with this company. Upper management making money off Project Engineers.

It’s a job. If you enjoy getting cussed out by superiors this is the place to be!

Cons

Very poor management from the “Executive Vice President” all the way down. Working normal hour jobs and working overnight jobs simultaneously. Only recognition you get is bad.

Pros

This is a company that recognizes and rewards talent and drive. There is not a strict hierarchy or set number of years required for advancement. The ESOP is a fantastic benefit as well as great incentive to help grow the company. The technical talent in the company is amazing and people will make time for you to bounce ideas and ask questions.

Cons

The workload and schedule definitely does not fit into a 9-5 world. However, if you love challenging work and thrive in a fast paced environment, this isn't necessarily a "con."
