Pros
HR, PCA, and Environmental are very good people. Travel is reimbursed, and they don't beat you up when flights and hotels are more than planned. If you like to travel, you will like this company, there is tons of opportunity for travel. You eat what you kill, if you are a good salesperson, you can pretty much do your own thing.
Cons
Long hours, constant reminders that you should be doing more. There are small groups with a lot of power. If you are not in the groups, its not good for you. It seemed like it was a regional thing. Weird stuff where some people sit with nothing to do, while others are drowning with too much work. A lot of people I met, were never sure if they were doing well or in trouble. There is significant apprehension about potential fallout out if you are not busy. During down time, many people seemed worried for their jobs, even though they didn't do sales, and had no control over the volume. Some of the things said, didn't seem to line up with what happened. Many people felt like the message was just another story. I saw some things go as said, and some things not, it was kind of strange.
