Hard to describe but the atmosphere in the office was very weird, not unfriendly but everyone everyone in the office mostly kept to themselves and there was very little sense of team. I was always told nobody was keeping an eye on me but in reality they noticed if anyone was more than a few minutes late or had to leave early and you were expected to make the time up at some point. The only priority it seemed was the companies bottom line, your work life balance was not a priority to any one in management.

There are some employees in the upper management level that do not have the same philosophy and ethics as the founding partners which is dissapointing. There are managers that lack the proper training and are not held accountable for mentoring their employees properly and keeping up with performance reviews in a timely manner. There are also managers that don't respect their employees time by blowing off meetings and deadlines. The size of the company has grown tremendously in the past few years however the company has not invested in a more effective and trustworthy Human Resources Department. The Operations Team iwas designed for a good purpose but it has now turn into an "elite" group that believe they are above everyone else.
