-Mid-level and upper-level management are very approachable and knowledgeable, many smart people to learn from -Hard work is recognized and rewarded -Company is now an ESOP -4% 401K match -Many opportunities for funded travel

Cons

-The quality of the benefits and compensation are still catching up to the company's success, but huge strides have been made in the past few years -Company is very client-driven - provides a great work product, but does not always conform to a 9-5 work day
