      - HR department cares about employees - strong values - really good atmosphere

      - now getting a lot of process, small actions can take time to develop - hierarchy getting more and more vertical

      A great vision with the best team

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for that will be soon the market leader in the UK. There is a vision in place, management ensure that we are all aligned and we all feel very engaged with it. The team is great, very friendly people and there are many perks - flexibility to Wfm, deliveroo lunches 3 times a week…

      Cons

      The top Management structure is international and some managers have too many people, which can make communication slower.
