Hi, at TheFork this year we focused a lot on improving our employees experience. For opportunities to grow various initiatives are going to be put in place: career development paths, learning and development courses & internal mobility. We are sorry to hear your experience expectations were not met but we highly appreciate your feedback and time.

An amazing company

Pros

This company is amazing. The recruitment process was smooth and rather quick and there was loads of feedback and communication throughout (no ghosting). The onboarding and training were fun and easy to follow (I joined at the height of Covid so my entire journey with TheFork was WFH). My team (PT team) was great - my coworkers were engaging, communicative, flexible and overall had an amazing vibe. My manager was amazing as well. The workload was manageable and with time you are given more responsibilities depending on your development.

Cons

I felt like there wasn't as much room to grow and expand your role as easily as other teams (my team was rather small).
