      Inclusive environment, beautiful offices, young and dynamic environment. The best place I have worked in almost 18 years experience! For those who enjoy socialising and events, this is the place to be +++

      Pros

      - Excellent work environment, strong company culture, care for happiness at work - Opportunity to learn a lot - ELT members very accessible - High ambition and solid fundamentals - "Act like an owner", everyone can really make an impact at all level of the organization - International, multi-cultural and inclusive mindset (you can just be yourself!) - Interesting package

      Cons

      - Lack of structure in some departments but everyone can bring more and participate in improving processes - Easygoing, scale-up, fast paced environment: people coming from huge organizations or very formal workplaces can struggle with that
