      A growing team, with a lot of enthusiasm. Super friendly people. Perfect life balance. Continuous feedback by your manager and your teammates. Carrear path. Innovative technology stack.

      Pros

      I am very fond of this company. I met the best people in Madrid office. Related proffesional things, I was young when I started so I learned a lot in 4 years. People is always glad to help you and collaborate.

      Cons

      When I was working there, if you you want growth, you have to join the Central team... In my opinion, there are plenty of managers and that's the reason that is complicated to be autonomous in your day by day. I think that they have to be more in count the new initiatives of the team.
