Pros

In TheFork you will meet only happy people: the vibe in our offices is just amazing! This may sound silly, but believe me that at the end of a tough day it really makes the difference! In addition to the above, everyone understands and buys TheFork's mission: Bringing happiness through amazing dining experiences. At any level it is also clear what are the company's priorities. Great working environment and clear business strategy are 2 fundamental ingredients for any company to make the leap!

Cons

TheFork is a fast-paced company which still needs to find the right balance between being fast/agile and a little bit more effective/structured.
