Pros

TheFork inspires and enable people to excel, it's business model, helping people to build their skills and career. It is a diverse workforce of people from all parts of life, a richer, more vibrant, more successful workplace.

Cons

Being such a big companie, on multiple continents sometimes making changes takes a bit longer than your local company. Getting people involved can sometimes be a challenge but that's a good challenge to tackle!
