Pros

Decent size company in a promising market (AI business analytics). Ok benefit and ok pay.

Cons

Company is going through lots of leadership changes and lot of uncertainties, especially after the Mode acquisition. Everything is moving to India for cost savings but some doesn’t even make sense. Benefits are cut to mediocre and no pay increase foreseen.

Pros

Remote Culture - which is also a con. Exceptionally bureaucratic procedures and HR

Cons

The Mode integration has led to many issues and culture has suffered. New CRO needs to bring on inspirational talent. In need of a culture revamp, particularly with a large part of the company based in India.
