Pros

Healthcare was great, if you could find time to actually go use it. Big name, big logos.

Cons

Leadership issues, I've seen operations where there is a clear chain of command, and things get done. NOT HERE! At ThougthSpot the chain of command exists to take credit, and trick newbies into doing work outside the scope of their role. DEI is a joke, Customer facing teams get to be inclusive, engineering teams is a club you cannot join. Poor security culture for a platform that's supposed to handle customer's most valuable asset, their data... Poor record keeping, poor documentation leading to a lot of people just existing as knowledge brokers in the org, which I don't think should be a real job. Workplace bullying where everyone just kinda lets it happen, one of my managers screamed at me in front of my peers cause I questioned his logic.

Pros

Founders have successful track record of building and IPO exits. Company has taken on massive rounds to solve a very hard problem in the market.

Cons

The company has great buzz, but this is not a start up. Those days are gone. With the amount of funding, it's all about scale and the scale of the company has ruined the sales culture. Selling is equally about the mission and belief, trust is broken. Number of reps over plan and making $$? Churn is expected but here is another level.
