Pros

At its core, the product is brilliant in bringing BI and data to the masses who don't need to know SQL or complicated visualization tools. When I worked there, it was so easy to get the product adopted to very happy customers. We saw amazing growth and they were amazing times to be at ThoughtSpot.

Cons

With the switch to Cloud and bring your own storage, along with the integration of Mode, the platform has lost some speed and gained complexities. And ThoughtSpot did best as an adjunct BI tool focused on speed and ease of use which are challenged by the prior two changes.

Pros

Remote work, competitive salary, market disrupter

Cons

The most chaotic organization. Leadership seems to agree but no clear action or direction to fix. Changes are coming seems to the the answer for several quarters.
