      Pros

      TiVo is an awesome company and the best one I have ever worked for. They invest in their employees and provide opportunity to grow. People are also extremely nice. I can't think of anything negative.

      Cons

      The company is struggling financially for a while now. We don't know if it is going to remain around for very long.
