      Very talented people. Lot of new development work. Friendly managers. Company parties. Great work life balance. Competitive package.

      Premium products with High monthly cost. No fresh blood.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Remote work on occasion. Lots of talented engineers. TiVo has many engineering opportunities available from embedded software to iOS/Android (mobile) and the web portal not including middle ware, cloud storage, service (backend database design/development)...

      Cons

      Initially, the company was more interested in Quality than "ship it". But, that changed and left a lot of engineers unsatisfied. Design and "true" engineering didn't matter. They also decided to move a lot of the positions off-shore.
