      Decent place to work. Undergoing changes

      Pros

      Creative colleagues. Fun product to work on. Not micromanaged. Good work-life balance and fun corporate culture.

      Cons

      Looks like they may be purchased soon which could change the culture. Stuck in the middle of nowhere. Nearest place to buy coffee is two miles away. Not always realistic about market opportunities.
