      Everyone works in cubicles rather than in open desk areas, which makes it harder to be open and friendly with people.

      Pros

      Work is interesting. Work life balance is good. Relaxed and friendly environment. Good people to work with. Good qa-dev interaction encouraged.

      Cons

      Compensation is very bad. They make you do so much work but no appreciation. You don't get a promotion unless you complain about it for years though they agree you deserve it. Promise is always 6 months from now, it will be done. But sad part is the 6 months is never over!
