      Pros

      Great work environment, exciting products, smart people. Opportunities to learn new skills and to participate in alpha/beta testing. Good work/home balance, flexibility re: schedule and telecommuting. Employees treated with trust and respect - no micro-management, at least in my experience.

      Cons

      I fear that management is not investing enough towards TiVo's future and is not open to innovative ideas. Marketing effort seems half-hearted.

      Pros

      Fun technology, easy going culture. Amazing at throwing nice family oriented parties.

      Cons

      Hard to read. Heading in 5 different directions at all times, yet lack of urgency. Caught in the middle between a startup and big company. Lacking at spending adequate quality time to plan and do things efficiently; instead always playing catchup in reactive mode. Far too much red tape (CYA) for this size company.
