      Pros

      Pretty good perks, Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, small company events, some free (or almost) snacks, fruit, and sometimes meals.

      Cons

      Management is a mess, too many layers of middle managers or executives unsure of what they want to do. Disappointing productivity due to lack of committed budget, direction, and priorities.

      Exceptionally bright team who know their business and work hard to move it forward. Playful, but focused environment.

      Cons

      Falling a little behind the times in vision and lack of sales organization means it's tough to develop clear goals and opportunities. Top leadership known for brashness and cronyism, which both help, and hurt, the company.
