Few managers here have no ethics at all - worst place to work

Its rightly said that people donot leave the company but the bad boss, Lot of internal politics, some Engineers are being promoted as Managers who donot even possess basic management skills, who give unrealistic deadlines, do micro management, talk ill about you in front of others, if incase you question, your ratings are drastically reduced and will be given bad reviews ( a person who has got consistently very good reviews from 3 years from all managers and peers, suddenly get a bad review due to personal grudge) Stressful environment HR are puppets of Senior Managers(if incase you escalate an issue, you will be blamed and they make sure that you either quit or continue in the organization accepting the fault of others as yours, all blame will be put on you) Will not recommend this work place to anyone. If you wish to join, please try to know the team you join, research a bit and then take a call. Donot go by the positive reviews posted here. HR team asks employees to give positive responses.
