      Pros

      TiVo has the perfect balance between a start-up like environment and an established corporate set up. The culture in the Bangalore office is energetic, with a good mix of freshers and more experienced folks. We have a fantastic office space and the benefits offered, like free food, are employee-friendly. The work-life balance is great as well, and the diversity-related initiatives that are implemented by the HR team are very helpful.
