      Pros

      I feel safe at office as I am surrounded by all the great people. Knowledgable people. People respect each other. Transparency is maintained in healthy way. Leadership is approachable and supportive. Worked earlier with top US MNCs and I feel this is a great place to work. Most importantly you get to own the subject and drive. Lots of efforts on Innovation and people are loving it.

      Cons

      Given series of acquisitions in past years, I think organization needs to pause and look back and fill the gaps in integrations.

      Cons

      Life was peaceful when I joined Rovi(Now TiVo). As long as Quality and Quantity was as per SLA I wasn't questioned. Now things have changed. The leadership is more keen on making this place a Call center by introducing new rules and making our lives miserable.
