HAS CHANGED FOR THE WORST

Pros

Free food is about it, if you choose to eat it

Cons

Having worked there for many years and having seen many management changes things have gone significantly downhill recently. There was a time when good talent was appreciated, those days are long gone along with many of the talented people who have also left. The demands have become unreasonable and extreme, pay is low, promises not kept. There is no company focus, no appreciation, no communication and no future here.

Fun Environment with great Opportunity

Pros

Great family-type environment with some great benefits. The free cafeteria and other fringe benefits are great and the people are very friendly and willing to help each other out. Very collaborative environment with opportunity to grow if you are willing to put the time in and work hard. I've only been here a short time and I'm very happy that I made the move to TicketNetwork!

Cons

The company grew rather quickly and needs to look at the organizational structure. A lot of processes in the support areas tend to be a little labor intensive and the company needs to invest more in better applications for those areas.

Pros

The sky is the limit at TicketNetwork. I have worked for small and large organizations and TN has the best of both worlds. TN is entrepreneurial by nature and favors self starters. TN also has the structure and accountability you often won't find in the same breath as the aforementioned. Exciting products and clients, offers positions in a variety of areas including MKTG, software development, product/project mgmt, customer service, and IT, and the icing is a casual dress environment and free breakfast, lunch, and dinner at their Staff Cafe. Oh yeah, a gym and laundry are also on site.

Cons

It's not in the heart of a major city in CT, but it certainly is close to 91, 84, and relatively close to 15.
