Employees are excellent Work is engaging Recognized for hard work, going the extra mile. Compensation is comparable to other companies in the local market. Benefits are great. Company is growing

Cons

Company is currently growing quickly so you have a slight culture change happening internally. The way we used to do things vs the way we want to do them moving forward.

Pros

Cafeteria food , casual dress

Cons

Shady company, treats employees like they are replaceable, low salaries. HR uses scare tactics like a middle school principal office; very backwards from what they attempt to present themselves as. Management is rude and unqualified. It was almost like a white GET OUT. Stay away if you value yourself and an individual. No job security

Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way. But thank you for commenting. Let me just share with you some things we are trying to do to make things better on the management side. One thing is flattening the organization. Make our goals much clearer for a manager. But more importantly, having a confidential reporting system. So far I've gotten more than 40 reports and suggestions. many are totally anonymously. things are changing. Thank yuo for taking a chance on us I'm sorry we failed you.
