Pros

I am a current employee at Ticket Network Direct. Fellow coworkers were talking about Glassdoor and all the bad reviews they saw on here along with some obviously fabricated five star reviews! When I mentioned I would write a review on here, my fellow coworkers automatically assumed I meant a bad one. This review will disappoint my coworkers and my company as it does not favor one or the other but is here to give future employees the reality of the call center. 1. Expect calls to be non-stop. We are busy. You are being hired for a reason. 2. They will talk about an incentive plan. Some make it, many don't. Don't base your rent money on it or you may end up homeless. The harder you work, the higher the possibility is that you will receive it. 3. The company cares about its bottom line, not about you, and that's okay! The company is there to make money. When they do something that does not work to the employees best interest, I hear employees say, "they obviously don't care" and they are right! You are ignorant to think otherwise. 4. I see things like the company obviously does not care about it's customer and the customer is always right does not apply here. They just don't understand the company. A customer is always right, but it may not be the one you are working with! 5. Advancement in the call center in many cases means a pay cut. A small minority will be promoted. Don't expect to be CEO next year. 6. If you go into the job expecting one through five to be the case, this is not a bad place to work. No sarcasm. I mean it! I have always taken any job I have seriously and with pride. It is not any different from any other company out there but it does have some added perks. Free food and the gym can go a long way. At times, overtime is unlimited, this can go a long too! They have nice parties and family events but don't let it fool you into thinking it is all about you. A happy employee is a productive employee and a loyal one!

Cons

Sorry my review did not fit your format but I still wanted to share my experience. I am quite proud of my review.

Pros

The corporate culture is second-to-none, from the farm to the free lunch to the lax dress code there are many perks that you can't get anywhere else. The work is demanding yet equally rewarding, TicketNetwork knows how to take care of it's employees.

Cons

Priorities can be a bit confused at times but ultimately there are processes in place to ensure goals are met.

Genuinely Reward High Performance

Pros

One of the best things about TicketNetwork is that they genuinely reward high performance and make top employees feel valued and appreciated. Recently, the top 10 percent of performers were rewarded with a very generous all-expenses paid trip to the Caribbean. High performers are also given numerous opportunities for growth and advancement and are able to make an impact on the business no matter what their current position is. Exceptional effort is definitely recognized and valued at TicketNetwork.

Cons

Unless you are in a particular department or interact with someone on a regular basis, you might not know that a co-worker puts in extraordinary effort or even know about their work or individual projects.
