Pros

Great coworkers, free lunches and fully stocked cafeteria, in-house gym, ping pong tables

Cons

Work from home is no longer supported, a lot of higher up managers are micro managers preventing their teams from doing their work well, management rarely praises teams for work well done and focuses only on what didn’t go well. Lots of long-term employees are leaving.

Pros

Great place to work. Have been employed by Ticketnetwork for about 8 years and love the challenges and excitement with new projects and change. There is plenty of room for growth and opportunity if your up for the challenge. Upper Management communicates with staff about challenges and goals set forth for teams. Meetings with team leaders and staff on a frequent basis to keep teams updated with work flows. Perks • Free breakfast lunch in dinner in the staff café (salad bar, specials of the day like sword fish, burgers, great breakfast options and coffee all day) • Game room • Free laundry services • Happy hrs. and events • Great communication with HR department • Free Gym • 401k and Roth matching options • Health coverage Overall, I have to say that I couldn’t imagine working for another company, there is staff that has been working with the owner for more than 30 years there is a lot of staff that has been employed for more than 10 plus years. Great family feel and great teams and staff to work with. Reading reviews left from staff as a negative was pretty surprising if you work hard there is opportunity for growth and has great perks and benefits but it’s an era of lazy people so not surprised. In it to win it

Cons

To many meetings Staff even with all of the great perks still complain
