Pros

The atmosphere feels like a community, everyone is friendly and always happy to help you. I couldn't have asked for a better starting position.

Cons

There is a lot of pressure from higher up to get things done at incredible speeds as well as side projects.

Pros

Good communication from management. Human Resources is very responsive, good working environment, benefits include free laundry and meals.

Cons

Work loads vary, although thats not their fault its more about what events are popular.
