Perfect Place for Notable People

Pros

First place I have worked that people say hello to me by name in the hall, even when I do not work directly with them. Opportunity to take on ownership of things that are at risk of failing or falling into the gap, just by asking. Flexible role and responsibility.

Cons

The market/business runs round the clock. Working schedule has to adjust sometimes.

Good for a first job, not much else.

Pros

It's a good place to work with good benefits including free food. People are very friendly and have a good work life balance.

Cons

This is where it gets interesting. They pay their employees VERY poorly for the jobs they do. They generally hire people straight out of college and pay them way below what they are worth which means employee turnover is very high. On top of this there are next to no advancement opportunities, and it is incredible hard to get a raise.
