Opportunity for career exploration and advancement. Friendly atmosphere. Supportive co-workers. Free food.

Cons

The pay seems to be very low across the board, and I'm not sure if there are any signs that it will increase.

Flexible work hours,great work culture,lot of learning opportunity,training classes, Free food,beverage,vegetables(from TN garden ) Free laundry,gym,night club,ping pong,pool table Super cool down to earth CEO,CFO and CTO

Cons

Lack of communication and coordination with other team/business units which makes it difficult and time consuming for little things to be done.
