Pros

Cafeteria food , casual dress

Cons

Shady company, treats employees like they are replaceable, low salaries. HR uses scare tactics like a middle school principal office; very backwards from what they attempt to present themselves as. Management is rude and unqualified. It was almost like a white GET OUT. Stay away if you value yourself and an individual. No job security

Hi, I'm sorry you feel this way. But thank you for commenting. Let me just share with you some things we are trying to do to make things better on the management side. One thing is flattening the organization. Make our goals much clearer for a manager. But more importantly, having a confidential reporting system. So far I've gotten more than 40 reports and suggestions. many are totally anonymously. things are changing. Thank yuo for taking a chance on us I'm sorry we failed you.

Pros

TicketNetwork is a place where you can work hard, take on reach projects and really advance your career more than you'd have initially thought. The other co-workers are wonderful and a joy to be around. It's also a place where you can be your genuine self (it's not stuffy and overly formal). Senior Leadership is willing and able to help you push yourself to learn new skills IF you lean in. You really can have a true/recognizable impact on large scale projects.

Cons

This is not a job for a person that just wants to work 9-5 and take every break they can and expect to be promoted every 3 months. This place is a meritocracy where there best associates get rewarded. However, that being said, you will take great pride in your work and knowing that you are more than just a cog in the machine.
