Pros

1) free lunch 2) laundry 3) laid back environmnet 4) small gym 5) shuttle of new heaven commuters

Cons

no real career growth. Want you to work at your best for just below average salary regardless your loyalty or hardwork. Health insurance for non-primary just way too expensive, avoid if you have family.

Thank you this is a very fair comment. With the recent changes in leadership, It is up double digits in the most important KPI's. The biggest issue we have is complaints about managers. The company has taken steps to fix that, the most notable is that tenor is less important than leadership skills. This will create some upset folks who were passed over. But TicketNetwork is again becoming more of a meritocracy. That is the way it should be.
