HI sorry, you feel that way - Our starting pay is $15.00 an hour for call center wish is in the top 10% nationwide. Yes call center folks need to work weekends because our customers need to call on weekends.

Pros

- Good cafeteria - Relaxed atmosphere where engineers have flexibility on how they manage their day and tasks

Cons

- Poor wages - Meaningless promotions with no merit increases - The only path to getting meaningful wage increase is to be close to the CEO and take on extra work for him consistently. - Engineering culture where exclusive knowledge of products/projects makes you more valuable instead of promoting knowledge sharing and documentation - Frustrating tech debt that promotes said engineering culture and bad coding practices
