Pros

TicketNetwork is a growing company that still tries to give its employees that small startup feel, with currently active initiatives striving toward that goal. The company dress style is casual, but it doesn't impede people from doing their work. Department-level managers are open to suggestions on projects, and overall there is a very team-oriented, collaborative approach to major projects when appropriate. The company encourages employees to work hard, but it does understand work/life balance, and is flexible on hours worked if part of a day is needed to attend to personal matters. There is plenty of opportunity to advance within the company, as well as an entire start-up program meant to encourage new hires without a specific department destination in mind to explore the company before transferring to a department they'd like to work for on a more permanent basis. The company also has great benefits, including a full hot lunch, with mostly healthy snacks throughout the day, and even dinner for people who work at night. The game room area/swap shop, laundry room, and gym, parties on major holidays, onsite classes to improve skills, and extra-curricular clubs are also great. The personal time off policy is quite generous, and was recently modified to add up to two more weeks for people who have been there for several years. Finally, they have matching 401k, which practically nobody else does anymore. Overall, TicketNetwork is great place to work, with a lot of great people who work alongside you. Just expect to work hard and oftentimes wear multiples hats.

Cons

The interview process is very long, which can throw some people off at first, who may not have expected to stay almost an entire day.
