Lots of opportunity

Pros

Multiple avenues for advancement. You are in control of your success. Large fully staffed cafeteria with free food all day long. Company is full of very intelligent, friendly people. Very comfortable, team-oriented atmosphere. Diverse, open workforce. Managers have your back.

Cons

Business hours are longer than most companies. Health benefits could use some work. Senior management seems to overvalue quantity of work (time in office), rather than quality.

Free lunch and unlimited coffee, soda etc. Flexible time schedule

Cons

Salaries well below true market value Some positions are not allowed any work life balance No family insurance plan that makes sense No room for advancement unless you become one of the favorites Favoritism abounds Ethics? What are those?
