Pros

There are a wide variety of different projects going on all the time with opportunities for database engineers, desktop and web application developers.

Cons

The company direction is chaotic and changes regularly at the whim of the CEO and owner, making planning extremely difficult and seeming like there is no overall company goal.

Pros

Good Benefits, Free food, Free gym, Decent pay and overtime available constantly.

Cons

You cannot request any time off in the months of November and December. They sometimes force you to work on your day off and you can't say anything about it because you signed the handbook (that's what they use against you). Half of the management do not do their jobs right. In order for you to succeed in this company or try to go to another department you have to be friends with higher people and half of the management are immature themselves.
