Pros

Coworkers can be awesome and cafeteria is a nice perk

Cons

Pretty much everything else. Salaries are laughable, management is a joke, and there is no organization among anyone. People tell you that the CEO is “hands on” but in reality he sends vague, typo-filled emails at 3 am and expects people to drop everything to meet his unreasonable demands.

Thank you - have you ever made suggestions to improve the food we read them once a month. Yes PPC is a hard job, however, the folks that do it well are handsomely rewarded.
