Not Worth It

Pros

- There is free food, but the cafeteria doesn't uphold state laws for food service (don't trust the day-old soups). - No dress code, piercing/tattoo policy.

Cons

- Promotion process is very slow (unlikely to significantly advance within three years). You are unlikely to move to management without flirting, having unprofessional or even illegal relationships, or brown-nosing. (There were instances where HR was involved because a minor was "in a relationship" with their adult manager on FaceBook. - The company is based upon the "legal" resale of concert, event, and sports tickets (for example, you purchase tickets when they go on sale or pre-sale, and you sell them for hundreds or even thousands of dollars more than they're worth). - The professionalism of the managers or supervisors is akin to that of the high school interns. It is very hard to take supervisors seriously because they don't take themselves seriously. - There are very few positions there that provide valuable experience if you ever want to get a real career. - The company tends to employ very questionable people. There are criminals and sex offenders in management and upper-management. - Overall, it seems like this company needs a severe check on their morals and values.

Pros

Based salary plus commission that can double your paycheck during busy season. A lot of overtime available. Gym and laundry available. Free cafeteria food.

Cons

Main focus is on revenue, if an employee doesn't hit conversion rate they don't give that pay out. No security camera in the buildings.
