Pros

There is ample opportunity for promotion from within, which is appealing to a lot of employees and provides incentive to remain with the company for a significant amount of time. There is a nice sense of camaraderie and many company perks, such as the free cafe and staff events. Also, the Executive Support program is a great springboard for recent college graduates.

Cons

Benefit packages are average but could stand to be a little bit more generous in terms of insurance costs and PTO.
