Pros

Free food, events were fun, good location

Cons

Could be fired for no reason at any time. Boss told me she was going to fire me to my face but decided not too. low pay high cost of health care. no opportunity for growth unless you flirt with people. Most people that work there feel they are entitled and get away with what they want. Shady company.

Pros

Free Food Flexible Hours Appealing Campus Small Animal Sanctuary Close to the Interstate Friendly Maintenance Staff Little Oversight from Managers

Cons

Unqualified Managers Low Pay Poor Benefits Overly Casual Rampant Incompetence No Opportunity for Advancement Most people at TicketNetwork make between $12 and $14 per hour, regardless of the job title affixed to their name. The employees are generally uneducated, wear all-black goth clothing, have visible piercings and tattoos, and suffer from noticeable social anxiety. The environment is very casual--to the detriment of professionalism. The turnover rate is unparalleled, and the current management is composed of those who have simply remained since the company's inception. In essence, nepotism is systemic, promotion to managerial positions is unlikely--since current managers are unfit to manage and thus unlikely to receive external job offers--and nearly all intelligent, motivated people do not last more than a few months. As a recent college graduate eager to incorporate himself in the corporate workforce, it would be an understatement to say that I am dissapointed. Many employees compare TicketNetwork to Google, citing the casual dress code and free food. After some basic research, I can assure you that those who work at Google make about three times as much money and are seasoned professionals. The comparison is laughable at best.

TicketNetwork offers its employees a market competitive compensation package, which includes salaries, incentives, and benefits. TicketNetwork also believes in a pay for performance philosophy, which rewards employees based upon their job performance and their ability to seize opportunities to drive results. In addition to a base salary, all employees receive an expansive range of benefits and perks, which include company-sponsored health and dental benefits, a bonus/incentive plan, generous 401(k) match, free daily breakfast and lunch, paid time off, etc., all of which add to their total compensation package. TicketNetwork embraces its diverse workforce, which encompasses many different backgrounds. In fact, the employees that make up our workforce are the reason the company was recognized as a top place to work and has won so many awards for its technology and growth. Our culture, which includes our dress code, is that of an entrepreneurial start up; At the same time we are an established company with a professional and experienced senior management team focused on bringing the company to the next level.
